Card Factory, represented by Jones Lang LaSalle, has acquired Unit 20, The Spinning Gate Shopping Centre in Leigh, from Atmore Centres Ltd.

The 3,017 sq ft unit, consisting of two floors, was acquired on a 10 year lease at a commencing rent of £49,500 per year.

Atmore Centres Ltd was represented by Legat Owen in the transaction.
