West Cornwall Pasty Company, represented by Kitchen La Frenais Morgan, has acquired the leasehold of 34-36 The Arcades, Bristol from EPIC.

The unit on the corner of The Arcades and facing the high street Broadmead, was acquired on a new 10 year lease with a 5 year review at a commencing rent of £68,000 pax.
