Ashmont Property Ltd, advised by Jones Lang LaSalle, has leased Unit 4b, 26 Market Street, Bradford, to Betfred.

The betting shop has taken the 3,550 sq ft unit, consisting of two floors, on a 15 year lease at a commencing rent of £50,000 per year.
