Hermes, represented by Jones Lang LaSalle, has let its shop at 139-140 Cheapside EC2 to French Eye Menswear.

The shop which totals 1,358 sq ft was taken on a 10 year lease at a rent of £165,000 pa and is part of French Eyes expansion in the London Market.

French Eye Menswear was represented by Stephen Kane & Co.
