Tesco, advised by Morgan Williams, will open a new store at the former Black House Inn building on Windy Nook Road in Gateshead, Newcastle upon Tyne.

The supermarket giant has taken the 4,275 sq ft premises on a twenty year lease at an initial rent of £35,000 pa.

Tesco has over 2,500 stores in the UK.

Morgan Williams acted for Tesco, while the landlord represented themselves.
