Turnstone Estates has let 894 sq ft of its Langford Arch development in Cambridge to Excell Business Systems Ltd.

The telecommunications company already occupies a number of other suites on the scheme and will pay a rent of £10 per sq ft for its newest office without rent free. The lease is co-terminus with the company’s existing commitments which expire in October 2012.
