Berkshire Investment Capital Sells Hayes Industrial Unit For Over £1.5m

Berkshire Investment Capital, advised by Smith Young Real Estate and JLL, has completed the sale of Unit 1 at it’s 1 Swallowfield Way industrial/warehouse scheme in Hayes to Kam Freight for over £1.5 million.

The 11,800 sq ft building, close to Junctions 3 and 4 of the M4 and Heathrow comprises four refurbished freehold units of which three are either sold or under offer.

Only one unit remains available a 2 level, 5,000 sq ft, multi-use unit.  The price achieved for Unit 1 was £130 per sq ft.
