Pickett Expands Within Mayfair

British luxury goods retailer Pickett, advised by GCW, has opened a new flagship store in London’s Mayfair.

It has taken 10-12 Burlington Gardens, a prominent double fronted shop at the street’s junction with Savile Row and Vigo Street, after relocating from Burlington Arcade. It has taken an underlease expiring in 2029 and will pay a rent of £152,150 pa for the 1,339 sq ft unit.

The property is arranged over three floors and is close to fellow luxury retailers Gieves & Hawkes, Abercrombie & Fitch, Ede & Ravenscroft and Kent & Curwen.
