A private landlord, advised by City fringe specialists, Paul Belchak & Co, has agreed a deal with Park Pictures London Ltd for new premises at Old Nichol Street in Shoreditch, London E2.
The tenant has signed a five year lease on 1,500 sq ft of offices on the ground floor at 5 Old Nichol Street. It is paying an average rent equating to £46 per sq ft.
Park Pictures London Ltd has won numerous awards for its short films and commercials and is best known for finding and mentoring new film making talent.
