Design Consultancy Snaps Up Hackney HQ

Vyner Ltd, advised by Paul Belchak & Co, has sold the commercial space at 38-48 Vyner Street in London’s E2, to London-based design consultancy Graphic Thought Facility for £1.3 million.

Graphic Thought Facility has acquired Units 1 & 2 for its UK headquarters, comprising 3,555 sq ft on a 999 year lease. The development is a mixed residential and commercial former warehouse conversion in Hackney.
