HAPPY BIRD LANDS IN BRISTOL

Happy Bird, the brainchild of former Selfridges board member Adam Batty, is to open its first restaurant in Bristol after securing a site thought retail and leisure specialist Harper Dennis Hobbs.

The ethical fried chicken restaurant plans to open in Spring and has taken a 2,175 sq ft store in Clifton Down shopping centre on Whiteladies Road.

Adam Batty is a former corporate lawyer who held senior roles at Domino’s Pizza and Mitchells & Butlers.
