Aitch Group, advised by niche City fringe agency Belchak Corin & Co, has fully let all the commercial units at its first PRS development in Childers Street, Deptford, London SE8.
19RM, trading as Roland Mouret, has taken units 1 and 2, comprising a total of 5,507 sq ft, on a 10-year lease at a rent of £115,000 pa.
Three Cs has taken unit 4, comprising 3,486 sq ft on a 15 year lease at a rent of £71,463 per annum.
The development consists of four ground floor commercial units, one of which offers amenity space to the building occupiers and 83 high specification duplex apartments above, constructed in 2017 behind a beautiful retained warehouse façade.
This site was originally purchased for Aitch Group by managing partner Paul Belchak.
