TRAVELEX ACQUIRES TOP FLOOR AT THE BOWER BUILDING, OLD STREET ROUNDABOUT

December 19, 2018

Global financial exchange company Travelex, advised by retained agent Belchak Corin & Co, has taken 11,329 sq ft of office space on the top floor (17th) of The Bower building on Old Street roundabout.

Travelex has signed a 10 year lease, with a tenant only break option after the 5th year of the term.
The space is for a new project combining an innovative experiential tech space with offices.

Oli Cohen of Belchak Corin & Co said: ‘This is an exciting project and we scoured the market for Travelex to secure what is one of the most impressive spaces in London with virtually panoramic views of the capital.

“Old Street roundabout more recently known as Silicon Roundabout is the ideal home for the concept with the offices situated in the heart of tech city and surrounded by a number of likeminded global occupiers”

Colliers City Fringe advised the landlord.
