M3’s new Sheffield office has been instructed as letting agent for over 800,000 sq ft (74,320 sq m) of Sladen Estates’ industrial and office development portfolio.
The regional property development company has appointed M3 to market a number of schemes including industrial developments: Denby Hall in Derby; The Nursery in Derbyshire; Quest Park in Doncaster, and; Brooke Park in Shirebrook, along with office schemes including The Village in Derbyshire and the office element of Quest Park, Doncaster.
Toby Vernon, partner of M3, comments: “M3 has always had a very strong connection with Sladen Estates and since the launch of the Sheffield office, this relationship has been reinforced.
“There is a substantial amount of value in all these schemes and it is a major endorsement of the new Sheffield office.”
The Birmingham office continues to look after a number of other Sladen Estates’ schemes, with Steve Moriarty acting as coordinator, across the portfolio, from the London office.
Nick Sladen, managing director of Sladen Estates, comments: “We are very pleased to have M3 Sheffield on our schemes and look forward to working closely with them in the future as we do with the rest of the M3 team.”
