Property fund manager Highcross has announced the appointment of three new directors and a range of other senior promotions, with effect from 1 January 2008.
Promoted to Director are: James Beresford, who leads the firm’s acquisition activity; Richard Pellatt, who heads the Northern office in Manchester and Nick Turner, head of the asset management team.
A further seven staff have been promoted to Associate Director: Alan Bishop, Howard Cartwright, Mark Evans, Jason Kindlon, Sally Maclean, Richard Stanton and Richard Tate. Sally Maclean also takes on the role of Company Secretary. In the asset management team, Debbie Marshall, has been promoted to property manager.
Managing Director, Peter Gubb said: “These are challenging times for the general business environment, but we continue to succeed with the help and dedication of our staff. During the past year we have opened successful new regional offices in Birmingham and Glasgow and propose to move our Newbury head office into larger premises in March 2008. The Board is convinced that we have the right team in place and that these promotions will not be the last from within our existing team.”
