Canada life has let 2,987 sq ft in its new 18,000 sq ft grade A development at 30 Haymarket SW1, to Punter Southall Group, the actuarial and asset advisory group.
A rent of £60 per sq ft on a lease expiring in December 2012 was agreed and a rent free period granted.
