Premier Property Group and Greenhall Estates Asset Management have carried out the first letting of their office / retail development at 10 Lime Street, London EC3. Kitchen La Frenais Morgan and Kinney Green represented PPG and Charles Tyrwhitt was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
Men’s outfitter Charles Tyrwhitt is the first retailer to commit to the development and has entered into a pre-let on 1,053 sq ft of retail space at a rent of £125,000, which reflects approximately £178 per sq ft Zone A.
The retail scheme totalling 3,500 sq ft is targeting high class fashion footwear and accessories brands. Two further spaces are under offer and strong interest is also being expressed in the basement restaurant/bar of approximately 4,000 sq ft. One ground floor unit remains of approximately 1170 sqft.
The project is expected to be completed in spring this year and the developers are confident that due to the quality of the location, it is likely to see the scheme entirely pre-let.
