T MOBILE TAKES WARRINGTON STORE

Warrington Retail Limited Partnership, advised by Jones Lang LaSalle and Tushingham Moore, has let 1,300 sq ft at Golden Square, Warrington to T Mobile.
The mobile phone company has taken a ten-year lease at an annual rent of £95,500.
T Mobile was advised by Harper Dennis Hobbs.
