VALENTINES LAUNCH OF THE CORE CHESTERFIELD

Langham Park Developments and Royal Liver launched their 167,000 sq ft distribution centre ‘The Core’, Chesterfield on February 12th with a Valentines theme.

The event attracted over 50 agents and guests were presented with a box of Thornton’s chocolates to mark the event. A prize for a romantic trip to Paris to the value of £1,000 was won by Alastair Campbell of Campbell & Co.

The agents marketing the development are: M3, Fisher Hargreaves Proctor and Lambert Smith Hampton.

The property comprises 158,000 sq ft warehouse and 8,300 sq ft of offices, with a self contained yard and 15 tailgate loading doors. The Core forms part of a new 14 acre distribution park, located 2 miles from Junction 29 of the M1 and 3 miles from Chesterfield city centre.
