Tiger Developments has let xxx sq ft in its new mixed use scheme at Citygate in Sheffield, to Premier Inns for a 120 bedroom hotel.
Premier, who has over 500 Inns across the UK, took the building on a 35 year lease and is due to open in spring this year. xxxx acted on behalf of Premier Inns.
The new 11 storey landmark building, which is due for completion in March, is prominently situated in Sheffield city centre and comprises 60,000 sq ft of grade A offices on eight floors. The high specification accommodation is accessed from an impressive 3 storey reception hall and includes a four storey car park.
The offices are being marketed through Knight Frank and Lambert Smith Hampton.
