DE&J LEVY ADVISE THE EMBASSY OF BRAZIL ON PROPOSED RELOCATION

DE & J Levy will start negotiations for a possible relocation of the Embassy of Brazil. The embassy will vacate its 32 Green Street, Mayfair site and is looking to acquire 20,000 sq ft in central London.
Harry Sykes from DE&J Levy said, “This is an exciting opportunity to continue our long relationship with the Embassy of Brazil. While they would like to commit to new premises during the course of this year they will consider any options that become available within the next one to three years.”
