Threadneedle, represented by Jones Lang LaSalle, has let its 260 sq ft shop at 4, Viking Precinct, Jarrow to Homefair Blinds.

The retail premises were rented on a 10 year lease at £13,500 pa.

Homefair Blinds was represented by Brassington Rowan.
