ALDI EXPANDS IN REDDITCH

Scottish Widows Investment Partnership, represented by Edgerley Simpson Howe& Partners, has agreed a new lease with Aldi for its retail premises at Trafford Retail Park, near Redditch town centre.

The store, which totals 15,715 sq ft is in the process of being extended and is due to be completed at the end of this month. Aldi has taken a new 15 year lease at a rent of £17.00 per sq ft.

The remainder of the retail park is fully let to value brands including Iceland, Instore, Pets at Home, Blockbuster and KFC.
