Highcross has let 20,000 sq ft at its Sovereign Court office building in central Hounslow to Hounslow Primary Care Trust (PCT). The organisation has taken the space at Sovereign Court on a 10 year lease at a headline rent of £15/sq ft.
Following this deal, the 27,685 sq ft Sovereign Court office scheme will be fully let, with Hounslow PCT occupying the ground, first and second floors and existing tenant, Hestia Housing & Support on the third floor.
Located in central Hounslow on the A4 Bath Road, Sovereign Court has been significantly refurbished by Highcross, since its acquisition in early 2007. The building is a short walk from the station and the High Street and has easy access to J3 of the M4 and J1 of the M3.
Highcross director, Nick Turner says: “The quality of the office accommodation and the convenient location were key factors in attracting Hounslow PCT to Sovereign Court. We were also able to be flexible in meeting their specific requirements, creating an attractive solution to their need for additional space in a central location.”
Agents for Sovereign Court are NB Real Estate and Vokins. Jon Barham of NB Real Estate comments: “Despite the economic downturn, Sovereign Court maintained good levels of interest throughout the marketing campaign and we are delighted to have worked through the transaction with the Hounslow Primary Care Trust.”
