NEW LOOK TAKES FLAGSHIP STORE AT PRINCE BISHOPS SHOPPING CENTRE

New Look, has relocated to a flagship 17, 000 sq ft unit in the Prince Bishops shopping Centre, Durham. The centre owned by Blackrock, who was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle, agreed to relocate New Look on a new 10 year lease, at a rent of £330,000 pa.

New look was represented by CBRE.
