PPG Metro, in conjunction with Greenhall Estates Asset Management, has agreed a pre-let to Gaucho Grill at its 40,000 sq ft mixed use development at 60 Charlotte Street, London W1. Kitchen La Frenais Morgan advised PPG.
The Argentinean steak house is taking a restaurant comprising a 925 sq ft ground floor and 4,122 sq ft basement, on a 25 year lease at a rent of £135,000 pa.
