IGNIS ASSET MANAGEMENT SELLS ST MARYS GATE, SHEFFIELD

Phoenix Life Limited, represented by Ignis Asset Management, has sold a retail warehouse at St Marys Gate , Sheffield, to an owner occupier for £ 2.115 m. Edgerley Simpson Howe represented the vendor throughout the sale.

The 30,937 sq ft site which has development potential, was formerly occupied by MFI and comprises a single storey stand alone steel frame retail warehouse including 94 parking spaces. It occupies a prominent location fronting the inner ring road, half a mile from the city centre.

The owner occupier was represented by Knight Frank.
