Kilmartin Property Group’s new development at Propeller Park, Wembley is reporting a good level of sales and rentals, with four new companies signing up for a total of six units.
Recent lettings include 7,600 sq ft to Gulf Trading International and 6,363 sq ft let to GKNC Ltd, both at £12 per sq ft on 10 year leases with an option to purchase. Sales of units at the site include 3,121 sq ft to Gear Gifts Ltd and 2,766 sq ft to FOK Trading at £145 per sq ft.
