JONES LANG LASALLE WINS ROYAL EXCHANGE APPOINTMENT

Jones Lang LaSalle has been appointed joint letting agent at The Royal Exchange in the City of London.

The Royal Exchange was built in 1844 and was extensively refurbished in 2001 to become a 45,000 sq ft luxury shopping centre. Current tenants include Tiffany, Cartier, Bulgari, Paul Smith, Hermes, De Beers and Gucci.

Richard Scott, head of central London retail for Jones Lang LaSalle said: “This stunning Grade I-listed building in the heart of the Square Mile provides opportunities to join an unrivalled collection of over 30 luxury boutiques, cafes and fine dining.”
