LEEK WOOLIES RELET

Swansea Jewellers, the owners of the former Woolworth store in Leek, Staffordshire have relet the shop to Yorkshire Trading Company.

The value retailer has signed a new 10-year lease and will pay a rent of £65,000 a year after an initial six month rent free period. The shop comprises 4,460 sq ft of ground floor sales, a basement of 2,500 sq ft and two further floors totalling 1,288 sq ft.
