Turnstone Estates has let 6,411 sq ft of its London House office building at 111 New London Road, Chelmsford to an IT training company.
Dr Byte has taken the entire ground floor space on a new lease expiring in December 2013 and will pay a rent of £10 per sq ft. Only the 5,025 sq ft second floor now remains available for occupation within the 20, 877 sq ft building.
