BESTSELLER GETS BEST DEAL IN SHOPPING CENTRE

Bestseller, advised by Harper Dennis Hobbs, has added a further fascia, in addition to its existing Vero Moda store at the Fairhill Shopping Centre, Ballymena, Northern Ireland.

Jack & Jones, Bestseller’s men’s fashion brand, will pay £59,500 pa for a 1,200 sq ft shop on a 10-year lease term, with a six month rent free period.

Bestseller was advised by Harper Dennis Hobbs, Osborne King advised the private landlord.
