Simon Tann has officially joined DE&J Levy, the London-based commercial property agent and consultant, as partner, in charge of office agency. He was previously senior director and head of West End Agency at
CB Richard Ellis.
Simon has 20 years of experience in the London agency market and has worked with clients that include The Crown Estate, Land Securities, Derwent London and Heron.
Simon Tann comments: “I am delighted to be joining DE&J Levy at such an interesting time in the market. With a pedigree of over 70 years in the West End, DE&J Levy has deep roots and a formidable client base, but I am looking forward to adding something new.”
