Threadneedle, represented by Jones Lang LaSalle, has let a retail premises at 32/33 Promenades shopping centre, Bridlington, to Mooshakes.

The 432 sq ft shop was let on a five year lease at a rent of £15,000 pa.

Mooshakes represented themselves.
