Legal & General, represented by M3 Agency, Altus Edwin Hill, and Colliers CRE has secured yet another letting at Charles Park, its award winning industrial scheme in Dartford, Kent.
Teleworld has taken a 3,978 sq ft unit at the development on a new 15 year lease with a 10-year break at £39,780pa. This now means the scheme is over 75% let with Teleworld joining other occupiers at Charles Park including Bemco, City Electrical Factors, Howdens Joinery Company and Crosswater Ltd.
Charles Park comprises 24 new light industrial/warehouse units with a few remaining units left offering accommodation from 3,381 sq ft to 20,000 sq ft.
