Double letting success for Lyric House, Hammersmith

Threadneedle has secured two further lettings at Lyric House, 149 Hammersmith Road.

The 3,767 sq ft office space on the third floor has been let to marketing company BEcause at a rent of £28.50 per sq ft on a five year lease term. Also, CF Partners, a specialised environmental advisory and investment firm, has taken the 3,412 sq ft fourth floor office on similar terms.

The letting agents are Jones Lang LaSalle , DTZ and Hanover Green.

David Cuthbert, Partner, Hanover Green, comments: “Lyric House offers excellent office space in west London. Turkish Airlines is already on the ground floor.”

Only 14,983 sq ft now remains available for occupation in the six-storey building, which has a remodelled entrance and reception area, new VRV air conditioning and fully accessed raised floors. It also has car parking spaces and gets ample natural light through large windows.

Lyric House is located directly opposite London’s Brook Green area. Hammersmith and Baron’s Court Tube Stations are within a few minutes’ walk and it has immediate access to the A4/M4 with Heathrow and Central London within 20 minutes drive.
