Hanover Green appointed as sole agents for Holborn office building

Hanover Green has been appointed by a private individual to market 150, Holborn, London EC1.

The seven storey office building with retail space on the ground floor will provide 55,720 sq ft office space. Built in the 1980’s, the building floors are currently undergoing refurbishment.

These fully accessible raised floors, ranging between 6,060 sq ft – 11,850 sq ft, can be occupied in an open plan layout or divided into a cellular configuration.

A rent of £35 per sq ft is being quoted by sole agents Hanover Green on a new lease. The building has excellent natural light and ample space for car parking and is located on the junction of Grays Inn Road. It is adjacent to Chancery Lane Underground station.
