KLM advises French fast food restaurant on lease disposal

French fast food restaurant, Brioche Doree, advised by Kitchen La Frenais Morgan, has assigned its leasehold interest on 29/31 Piccadilly, London W1, to brasserie Cafe Concerto.

The incoming tenant will be paying a rent of £195,000 pa on the 3,844 sq ft area, spread over two floors and a basement level. The remaining lease term is 21 years. Cafe Concerto paid an undisclosed premium.

Kitchen La Frenais Mogan advised Brioche Doree. TK Retail acted on behalf of Cafe Concerto. St Martin’s Property Corporation is the landlord.
