Highcross has let a 15,000 sq ft unit at the Treforest Industrial Estate, Cardiff to delivery service provider, Inter-Haul Pallet Services Ltd.
The unit at Bridge Road has been let on a ten-year lease at a rent of £4.25 per sq ft. Suitable for manufacturing, warehousing and distribution uses, the property includes substantial office accommodation and is situated on a yard extending to 0.65 acres. Treforest Industrial Estate is one of South Wales’ most established commercial locations and provides direct links to both the M4 Motorway and Cardiff city centre.
Following this latest deal, Highcross’ three units at Bridge Road on the Treforest Industrial Estate are now fully occupied. Totalling 65,000 sq ft, the single storey industrial units range from 12,903 sq ft – 35,832 sq ft and include large secure yards.
Agents BNP Paribas Real Estate and Fletcher Morgan acted for Highcross in the letting. Tom Merrifield of Fletcher Morgan said: “We are delighted to have signed up Inter-Haul as the latest tenant at Bridge Road, particularly as this means the development is now fully occupied following the recent letting of the neighbouring 28,000 sq ft unit to the NHS.”
