Just six months after opening its shop at St David’s, Cardiff, All Saints is to double in size. The fashion chain’s trading success will see them upsize into a new 8500 sq ft store at St David’s, which has attracted more than 20 million shoppers since its 22nd October opening.
All Saints’ expansion follows Republic’s recent decision to upsize into a flagship double-fronted store at St David’s. St David’s opening helped push Cardiff from 10th to 6th place in the Experian Retail Centre Rankings and has helped attract many more visitors to Wales’ Capital City.
Joanne Skilton, of Capital Shopping Centres (CSC), on behalf of St David’s Partnership, the joint venture between CSC and Land Securities, said: “All Saints’ doubling its store size, following on from Republic’s expansion, is testimony to how well shops are trading at St David’s; benefiting from the millions of shoppers who come to enjoy the brilliant fashion range available.â€
Stephen Craig, CEO of All Saints, said: “Our St David’s store has performed very strongly since opening; this expansion reflects our success and the increasing demand for our full fashion range.”
E J Hales, Lunson Mitchenall and Cushman & Wakefield are the letting agents for St David’s. CWM represented All Saints.
