Double letting success for Irish Life Assurance in Maidenhead

Irish Life Assurance, advised by Morgan Williams and GCW, has secured two lettings at its Nicholson Centre in Maidenhead.

The 6,487 sq ft shop at 74/76 Queens Walk has been let to Poundworld Retail Limited at a rent of £125,000 pa on a new 10 year lease. Phones 4U Limited has taken the 1, 426 sq ft shop at 3, High Street Mall at a rent of £60,000 pa on a five year lease term.

Morgan Williams and GCW represented Irish Life Assurance. Poundworld Retail Limited was represented by Francis & Company and Phones 4U was unrepresented.
