Leading real estate investment manager PRUPIM has signed Aldermore Bank to open an office at Apex Plaza, Reading.
Aldermore Bank has taken an 8,039 sq ft office on the fourth floor in Block D at a rent of £27.50 per sq ft for a 10 year lease. Apex Plaza, which houses well-known names in the financial sector, such as Barclays, Ernst & Young, HSBC, and Osborne Clarke, has also recently completed a multi-million pound refurbishment.
