June 21, 2010

Bob Martin FRICS, Group Head of Property at NFU Mutual, is leaving at the end of this month (June) after almost 30 years in order to set up his own company, Martin Commercial Properties Limited, based in Cheltenham. Richard Topps MRICS, currently Property Investment Manager at NFU Mutual, is taking over as Group Head of Property with effect from the 1st July. He takes over responsibility not only for the property investment fund but also NFU Mutual’s operational estate of over 1 million sq ft throughout the UK.
