International recruitment consultancy Badenoch & Clark is moving its Birmingham office to Highcross’ Livery Place, following recent expansion. The company has taken 6,000 sq ft on a ten-year lease at the city centre offices.
Badenoch & Clark specialises in placing professionals into permanent, temporary, interim and contract roles and works across a range of specialisms including accounting and finance, banking and financial services, HR, IT and legal, marketing and communications, procurement, project and programme management and public sector. The consultancy has offices throughout the UK and Continental Europe.
Livery Place offers flexible, Grade A office space in a central location, with the added benefit of on-site car parking. The 60,000 sq ft office building has been extensively refurbished by Highcross and is within easy reach of the main retail area and close to Birmingham’s Snow Hill and Metro stations.
Highcross asset manager, Joe Curlett, comments: “This is a significant letting and underlines the quality of the specification and the attraction of Livery Place’s location in the heart of the city’s business district.”
Agents for Livery Place are CB Richard Ellis and GBR.
