Draco Property secures letting in London’s West End

August 2, 2010

Draco Property, advised by Hanover Green and Savills, has signed Betty Barclay for its 10 Whitfield Street office development in London’s West End.

The international lifestyle brand has taken a 4,257 sq ft office on the ground floor at a rent of £36.50 per sq ft on a 10 year lease.

10 Whitfield Street has been designed by architects Barr Gazetas to provide 21,400 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation in London’s West End and the building incorporates the latest energy efficiency technologies to deliver a high level of sustainability. It is conveniently located close to Goodge Street station.

Other tenants in the building include Fisher Wealth Management and Outsourcery on the second and fourth floors respectively. This leaves only the first floor (4,456 sq ft) and third floor (4,241 sq ft) available in the building.

Hanover Green and Savills represented Draco Property. Bond Woodhouse represented Betty Barclay.
