Highcross has let the first floor of its Boat Race House office building on Mortlake High Street to Mudskipper Business Ltd, which provides communications and consultancy services to the international pharmaceutical industry.
The company has taken a 10-year lease on 7,522 sq ft. The quoting rent is £15 per sq ft.
Located less than ten miles from central London and close to Mortlake station, Boat Race House (22,499 sq ft) has been fully refurbished by Highcross to offer high quality, open plan office space across four floors, with secure on-site car parking. From the rear are wide-ranging views over the River Thames.
