Legal & General, advised by Hanover Green and EA Shaw, have let floors at Walter House and Dudley House, London WC2, which are part of its Covent Garden Estate.

Brand Me has taken 2,636 sq ft on the fourth floor at Walter House, 51 Bedford Street at £28.75 per sq ft on a five year lease. At Dudley House, 34-38 Southampton Street, Hardie Grant Publishers has taken 915 sq ft at £35 per sq ft on a similar lease term.

Alex Jordan, associate partner at Hanover Green, comments: “These lettings are part of the active asset management strategy for the Covent Garden portfolio. Walter House and Dudley House offer excellent value and location for a variety of occupiers.”
