Pacific International takes offices at Venture House, London W1

Pacific International, advised by Hanover Green, has taken offices at The Crown Estate’s refurbished Venture House at 27-29 Glasshouse Street, London W1.

The search and recruitment management company will be paying £28 per sq ft on the 3,018 sq ft office on the fifth floor of the building. The lease is for a term to expire June 2015.

The building has good amenities and is close to Piccadilly Circus tube station.

Hanover Green represented the tenant. Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord.
