Alex Hyams has joined the Northern office of property fund manager Highcross, as asset manager.
Alex joins Highcross’ Manchester-based team after four years working at DTZ, including a year on secondment to RBS. A chartered surveyor, he graduated in Business Property Management from Sheffield Hallam University, and is experienced in valuation, agency and management.
At Highcross, Alex will be asset managing a range of office properties, including WIRA Business Park and Sugar Mill in Leeds; Grosvenor House in Runcorn and the Manchester International Office Centre.
Alex comments: “Highcross has a wide-ranging and growing property base in the region and I’m looking forward to being closely involved in both setting strategy and active property management.”
Richard Pellatt, director in charge of Highcross’ Northern office adds: “We are continuing to expand our office and industrial portfolio across the North of England, with the Genesis Centre in Warrington our most recent acquisition. Alex’s experience makes him a welcome addition to our northern team.”
