British Land (landlord), advised by Hanover Green, has let an office suite at Orwell House, 16-18 Berners Street, London W1.

Red Bus Media Group (tenant) has taken the 1,974 sq ft unit on the fifth floor of the building at a rent of £75,012 pa on a five year lease subject to a mutual break in July 2012. Red Bus will be joining other existing occupiers such as Framestore and The Bank at the building, which is just off Oxford Street.

Orwell House is strategically located between Oxford Circus and Tottenham Court Road tube stations and is close to all local amenities.

Hanover Green represented the landlord; Gross Fine Commercial represented the tenant.
